Hello, this is Peppe Padua from Italy. I bought one 1610 laser machine from Wintekcnc in April,2017. Since this is my first experience for laser machine, I have no idea when I received the machine.
Their engineer Frank provided me a lot, from installing machine to operating the machine. I am very happy.  :-)
